Because our drops are limited and each order is prepared specifically for you, we keep a strict but fair returns and refund policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>IMPORTANT: PREPAID ORDERS ONLY<br>We currently accept prepaid orders only (UPI\/Card\/Netbanking). No COD.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NO \u201cCHANGE OF MIND\u201d RETURNS \/ EXCHANGES<br>We do not accept returns or exchanges for:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Change of mind after placing an order<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wrong size selected by the customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preference issues (not liking the fit\/feel after delivery)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minor differences in color\/print appearance due to screen settings and printing process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Normal tolerances in stitching\/measurement (small variations are expected in apparel)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please read the size chart carefully before ordering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CANCELLATIONS \/ ORDER CHANGES (VERY LIMITED WINDOW)<br>Because stock is limited and orders move into processing quickly:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellation\/changes are allowed only within [24 hours] of placing the order OR before the order enters processing\/shipping (whichever is earlier).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After this window, cancellations\/changes are not possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you cancel within the allowed window:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We will refund the order amount back to the original payment method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If any non-recoverable payment processing charges are deducted from us by the payment gateway\/bank, those charges may be deducted from your refund (only the actual charges, not an extra penalty).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we cancel an order from our side (for example, quality issue or stock issue), you will receive a full refund (no deductions).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>WHEN YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A REPLACEMENT \/ REFUND<br>We will offer a free replacement or refund only if you receive:<br>A) A defective\/damaged product, OR<br>B) The wrong item (wrong product\/size\/color) sent by us.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>TIME LIMIT TO RAISE A REQUEST<br>To be eligible, you must contact us:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Within 48 hours of delivery (recommended), and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No later than 7 days from the delivery date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Requests raised after 7 days will not be eligible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>WHAT PROOF YOU MUST SHARE (REQUIRED)<br>To process a claim, please email\/WhatsApp:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order ID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear unboxing video (from sealed package opening to product)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photos of the issue (close-up + full product)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Important:<br>If the product\/packet is damaged while opening using scissors or sharp objects, we may not be able to approve the claim unless the unboxing video clearly shows what happened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"7\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU RAISE A REQUEST<br>After we receive your request and proofs, we will:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Acknowledge your request within 48 hours, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide resolution within a reasonable time (replacement\/refund\/next steps).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Resolution options:<br>A) Replacement (preferred): We will replace the same item\/size if available.<br>B) Refund: If a replacement is not possible (limited stock), we will refund the paid amount to the original payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In some cases, we may request the item to be returned for inspection. Do not send anything back unless we confirm the return address and approve the return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"8\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>REFUND TIMELINE<br>Once a refund is approved:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We will initiate the refund within [8-10] business days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Banks\/payment providers may take additional time to credit the amount to your account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"9\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>DELIVERY FAILURES \/ WRONG ADDRESS \/ REFUSAL<br>Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code, and phone number are correct.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If delivery fails due to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Incorrect\/incomplete address,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer unavailable\/unreachable,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refusal to accept the package,<br>then the order is not eligible for a refund.
